Refund policy

Straydog Records sell new, sealed undamaged vinyl records, if they are unfortunately damaged or lost in shipping we will happily consider a replacement or refund. Please contact us via email explaining the issue and provide photos where damage has occurred. We do not offer refunds online for change of mind or for items that are no longer sealed, unless it is related to damage occurred during shipping. 

Any items lost during shipping will be investigated by us and we will confirm with our carrier on the final status of item before determining any refund. Please give enough time for item to arrive at your destination before commencing the refund process.
